The Riu Florida Beach Hotel is a newly renovated beach front hotel that offers an outdoor swimming pool, children's pool, poolside bar, restaurants, a boardwalk, and rooms with a spectacular ocean front view. It is mandatory that at least one person over the age of 21 years or over is present in every room during Spring Break Seasons either February - March or April or during student group stays year round. The remainder of the year at least one person over the age of 18 years or over must be present in every room. Valet Parking will be available with at a charge 14 USD per day starting January 01,2007.

Get on 112 East to I-95 North. Exit I-95 East and go over Julia Tunnel Causeway. Drive for about 2 miles East and turn right on Indian Creek. At 31st Avenue turn left. On First Avenue, make a left turn onto Collins Avenue. The hotel is located on the right hand side.

Located right on Miami Beach, 2 miles fron the airport and very near to the famous art-deco neighborhood and Ocean Drive.
